Daikon Matsuri (Radish Festival)
Daikon Matsuri (Radish Festival) is held at Matsuchiyama Shoden (Matsuchiyama Shoden Temple). People pray for the well-being for themselves, their families and business prosperity at the temple. Daikon Matsuri is named after the Daikon crest of the temple, representing health, fulfillment of good engagement, and peace of family.
